Messages That Matter: Measuring Engagement, Results & Perception with Sabrina McLaughlin, APR

  • Greater Fort Walton Beach Chamber of Commerce 34 Miracle Strip Parkway Southeast Fort Walton Beach, FL, 32548 United States (map)

Join us for Emerald Coast Public Relations Organization (ECPRO)’s September Lunch & Learn featuring guest speaker, Sabrina McLaughlin, APR, who will speak about “Messages That Matter: Measuring Engagement, Results, & Perception.”

This presentation will provide an overview of the key considerations for measuring the impact of messaging in your communication efforts while offering practical tips and examples for engaging audiences, driving results and positively impacting brand perception.

  • Engagement: The effectiveness of a message can be gauged by the level of audience engagement it generates. High engagement rates typically indicate that the message is resonating with the target audience and encouraging them to take action.

  • Results: Ultimately, the goal of a PR or broader marketing message is to drive results such as donations, sales or lead generation. Monitoring these analytics can provide valuable insight into the impact of messaging on the bottom line.

  • Perception: Messaging can also impact the way that customers perceive your brand. It's essential to measure how the messaging is affecting brand perception and whether it's aligning with the brand's values.
