We welcomed new members, Laura Beeman and Darra Flanagan, and listened to an informative presentation on social responsibility and community engagement by Darra!

Thank you, Darra, for taking the time to provide a framework for developing a corporate social responsibility strategy and providing examples of ways to partner with non-profits. Smaller businesses can donate their time or services to engage with non-profit partners. Another cash-saving, but impactful engagement method is partnering with other like-minded businesses to co-sponsor a fundraiser and share the recognition benefits.

Head to www.ecpro.org if you are interested in becoming an ECPRO member or joining our next Lunch & Learn featuring a panel of local leaders answering your questions about PR, marketing, and business!
