About Eddie Mansfield (Full Bio)

Eddie Mansfield is a compassionate leader, shepherd, and friend to the broken-hearted in his community. Eddie uses his personal story to influence many people to find hope through telling his personal story of his faith and freedom from a life bound with drugs and alcohol. Today, Eddie Mansfield, his staff, and his wife Kayla mentor countless ladies to find their freedom and greatest potential through faith-based recovery at Path of Grace.

Shortly after Eddie graduated from Haven House in Santa Rosa Beach in 2008, he joined the Path of Grace as a board member. He was initially brought on to share his recovery experience. Within about 6 months the Path of Grace was looking for a new Director and Eddie started volunteering to run the program until one could be found. In 2012, Eddie was appointed the new Managing Director of Path of Grace.

Today, Path of Grace has helped hundreds of women recover from their addiction, recover their own lives, and in many cases, recover their families. Path of Grace continues to thrive by helping women achieve sobriety by redirecting their lives in recovery. The Path of Grace works to liberate women's lives and restore families. There are now 54 beds at Path of Grace and a new project is in the works that will help many more!

In 2014, Eddie fulfilled another lifetime dream of opening a shop similar to the one his parents operated in Owensboro while Eddie was growing up. Today, you can find Eddie at Path of Grace Thrift Store and at FAVORI Boutique, a fashion, decor, and gift Boutique located in the Market Shops of Sandestin.

In many ways, the income from FAVORI allows Eddie to dedicate his full-time attention to Path of Grace. Eddie aspires to be a voice in the community that advocates the need for faith-based sobriety programs like Path of Grace which combats drug addiction and broken families, and believes the best is yet to come.

Path of Grace is in a capital campaign named Restoring Lives Restoring Families. Their goal is to expand the program to offer 90 beds. It will also give us a bigger facility to hold graduations, bible studies, special events, and activity spaces for the residents and families. There is a long list of benefits to this expansion.

Path of Grace also offers transitional living at their Serenity Village campus to graduates who have remained in our program for at least 22 months. This campus provides post-graduate wrap-around support for ladies with minor children to thrive in this supportive community.

Those who graduate Path of Grace in 18 months have a success rate of staying sober between 55-60% and those who graduate in 24 months have a success rate of staying sober between 75-80%. Eddie believes the best is yet to come for the future of Path of Grace!
