Joshua Bugby, President & Programs Chair

Joshua Bugby is a vibrant, unparalleled professional with over 25 years of mentoring people and young professionals to find their greatest potential in life. 

Joshua earned his Bachelor’s degree in Theology in 2007 through Beacon University of Columbus, GA and serves his Pastoral staff at Navarre First Assembly of God, in Navarre, FL.

Joshua also serves Children in Crisis as their Development Director utilizing previous public relations and marketing experience to help Children in Crisis continue to thrive on multiple platforms while writing grant proposals. 

Joshua demonstrates excellent communication, leadership development, and conflict resolution. Joshua desires to continually grow in the art of multitasking, mission development, and vision casting.

Joshua believes that being teachable and approachable is the key to success in any work environment. Joshua also believes that if you do what you love, you’ll never work a day in your life! Joshua believes in the mission and vision of Children in Crisis as it is his passion to advocate for children at The Children’s Neighborhood.

Joshua is married to Jodi-Lynn Bugby and just recently adopted 2 children to add to their blended family of four.
