The Emerald Coast Public Relations Organization (ECPRO) chapter would like to welcome you to their meetings. ECPRO members are employed in a wide variety of fields including public relations, marketing, advertising and the media. Anyone involved in the art of “communication” will benefit from the ECPRO experience!

Time: 11:30 a.m. Networking 11:50 a.m. Meeting
Cost: $15.00 for members; $25.00 for non-members; $10.00 for full-time students. If you do not want to eat but want to hear the speaker, the cost is $10.
Guests: Guests are always welcome and should bring business cards for networking. Don’t forget a few extra dollars for business announcements.

Jeff Rogers of Gulf Power will lead the panel discussion. Feature panel members include Lisa Kay, Coast 93.3; Wendy Victora, Northwest Florida Daily News; and Auriette Lindsey, WEAR-TV 3.
Rogers has worked in communications for more than 30 years, He is the Communication and Brand manager for Gulf Power, an energy provider in Northwest Florida. In this role, he is responsible for managing a team that builds and protects the company’s brand through internal and external communication. His is also the company’s official spokesperson. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1988 with a degree in Journalism and a minor in Business.
Kay is co-host of Chris & Lisa in the Morning, weekdays on Coast 93.3/WNCV. She also serves as Promotion and Marketing Director at Cumulus/Fort Walton (99 Rock, NASH FM 105.5, Z96 and News Talk 1260). She oversees the station’s on-air contests, community appearances, special events and client promotional partnerships. She has been with Cumulus/Fort Walton since 2001.
Victora is the managing editor of the Northwest Florida Daily News, where she has worked for more than 20 years. She writes a column in the Daily News each Sunday and manages a staff of 22. She and her staff are not only responsible for the Daily News publication, they also produce several weeklies and three military publications. Her husband, Mladen Rudman, worked with her at the Daily News for 10 years. They have three children, two in college and one in high school.
Lindsey is a news producer at WEAR-TV, Channel 3 News. Her duties include producing the mid-day newscast, Dayside, assisting with content planning and writing for digital platforms. In addition to 14-years’ experience in broadcast journalism, she spent four years as Public Relations and Marketing Director for Pensacola Little Theater. In her spare time, she makes Facebook posts for several theater and genealogy organizations.
Join ECPRO at Chapala’s Mexican Restaurant, 67 Eglin Pkwy. NE, Fort Walton Beach, 32548, from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. July 24 to learn ways to get your message out to the media, whether you have good news or bad news.
Lunch is $15 for members, $25 for non-members and $10 for students. If you do not want to eat but want to hear the program, the cost is $10. Guests are always welcome and should bring business cards for networking. Don’t forget door prizes and a few extra dollars for business announcements.
